Just to thank you again for your participation in our Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation Garage Sale. Also you out did yourself with Rico Reyes and Gerald Tanner as our drivers. They were so courteous and fun to have as they worked very hard with loading and unloading the truck that was full. They were also great with the customers that donated things for the sale.
At one of our stops a couple had their house for sale and asked for a card so when they sell they will be calling your company. Also I recommended one of my clients to you also David and Anita Carifelle who are moving to Spruce Grove, so they should be calling you soon.

I was convinced after the pre-move meeting that we had chosen the right firm and I had absolutely no doubt once I saw the crew in action, but given what turned out to be difficult circumstances, the commitment to the customer and the level of professionalism that were demonstrated were truly above and beyond.

Hi Tim, I just wanted you to know that all of our moves over the last 35+ years our final move to Kapyong Ave was absolutely the best, the very best!
Your packers, Tony, Mary, Richard + Kyle took such great care in wrapping and packing and it showed they appreciated my things like I do. It was reflected in their TLC of my F+E. The loading crew, Mike, John + John are one smooth working team. I was concerned for their safety as they delivered on our first wintery day in Edmonton, with wind, snow and cold. There is not one mark on any wall. (We had our home completely painted and I was worried.) I can’t believe it but the guys worked so well together.
We do not plan to move again unless it is to the Vets home, but if we do I pray we get the same crews.
Please pass on our thanks for a job VERY WELL DONE.

I would recommend AMJ Campbell any time. Their professional and courteous service makes the moving experience worry free.
I have moved with AMJ four times in the last ten years, Calgary, Red Deer, and Edmonton. Their service is excellent, consistent and they stand behind their promises.
However, my last move with Edmonton AMJ branch was the most successful. They provided me with the best service a person could wish for:
• The estimate for the move was very accurate, not surprises or additional costs
• Changing moving dates on a short notice was accommodated twice
• The antique furniture and precious items were handled with care and specially packed
• The furniture was placed exactly where I wanted
• My calls to AMJ were always returned promptly

Your Staff came to my house on time, all of our stuff were handled & transferred carefully to my new house without any damage incurred. No damage was also observed on permanent structures of my old & new houses. They had completed their work in a timely manner and the way I expected AMJ to be. Also, they particularly the Supervisor communicate pretty well and behaving in a professional way. I have no issues with them, overall they did an excellent job for us. I would not hesitate recommending AMJ Campbell Van Lines to my friends.

It is with great pleasure that I send you this note commending you and your team on the outstanding customer service my family received on the occasion of our recent move. Having more than two decades of customer service experience myself and having hired more than 1000 staff to work in service I must admit my expectations are high! With the Alberta labour market situation of recent years receiving good service from any source has been so rare and in this province we are sadly becoming accustomed to understaffed, under trained and under qualified personnel with businesses and their customers facing little choice but to accept mediocrity from front line employees. Therefore it was so refreshing to be treated so very well by AMJ from the very first inquiry phone call I made, through the booking and confirming process then the packing service through the moving day and right to the very end with personal follow up from yourself!!! Wow!
I regret not remembering all of the names of the 8 employees we were served by for each one of them deserves a special mention for their performance. As you know our move was a little complicated by the fact that we were leaving some items behind to stage the house, packing and then leaving dozens of further boxes in our garage for storage until the new house renovation is complete, and finally packing and taking the balance of a 5 bedroom house to our new home. The packing crew of 4 ladies arrived right on time, paid careful attention to a lot of detailed instruction about the different items and how they were to be handled and got right to work. With barely a peep between them as they worked I was amazed at their work ethic and speed with which they accomplished the task. I have unpacked nearly all of the boxes and have not found one mistakenly packed item, not one piece broken and nothing labelled incorrectly. Nay Sayers had cautioned me about the “scams” of using a packing service and advised me to be careful watching the clock and especially the use of chargeable packing materials. From the get go it was clear these ladies wasted no time and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient use and low cost of all the packing supplies they used.
If the packers set the bar for the movers the next day then the movers rose to the occasion and even exceeded the expectation. The four movers were exceptional in every way. They were jolly and pleasant, tremendously hard working and tirelessly careful with the handling of our belongings. They had the same complicated task of listening to which items were to be moved into the garage for storage, which ones left behind and which piles were to be loaded on the truck. With hundreds of boxes and items they were flawless and made not a single mistake. We had no damage to either house or any item. Of special mention is one of the movers whose name is failing me...he was light haired though, from out east, had a decade of work as a mover and he deserves every penny you pay him...maybe more. He is a true ambassador of your organization and he personally impressed my friends and family that were assisting us on move day, every one of them commenting on how cheerful, hardworking and accommodating he was. He is a natural leader and such a great example of how one employee can make a difference to any large organization.
I have to say it has been quite some time since I have had the occasion to pass on a service compliment Don. I know there are always tough days in any business but I hope this can serve to remind you that you and your team have truly raised the bar on customer service in your industry for myself and my family...not an easy task but not one that will be forgotten soon. I have already boasted about our successful move and the great choice in moving companies that we made and look forward to telling everyone I can about your company!
